The Simpsons House 71006 apx~90% complete set is retired The set was not displayed it was placed in box shortly after assembly and spent most of its life in there All mini figures are figures are included, as well as all three manuals. Everything is in excellent shape The box broke open at some point and some pieces fell out, I don't have time to finish it so it's being sold as is.
