I have my Pleasant Company Kirsten Larson. she is still in great condition; her hair is still shining, and soft her braids are in original condition. You couldn't ask for a beautiful doll. Limbs are a little loose, but she can still stand on her own. She does have a small spot on her body i just noticed it just letting everyone know before purchasing shops her her book is included, but no box.
