Used, but looks and functions great. Very few/minor scratches on the front, but not much else. I initially bought it for myself (for $134 plus $7.99 shipping/handling on Mercari), but it didn't work as promised - here's the story: The original owner/seller on Mercari by the username "staticsx" claimed that it was hacked to be region-free and thus able to play any cartridge/game regardless of the country. However, when I got it, it didn't work with a U.S. 3DS game cartridge; I mistakenly reviewed the order after looking it over and turning it on before realizing that and when I tried to reach out to that person for help, there was no response. I'd like to get some of my money back from this, and since I have no idea about hacking, I want to sell to someone who can use and enjoy it. The Nintendo eShop lasts until 3/27/23 I think, in case that's needed. Should be able to play any Japanese games though. shops *No charger *2 SD cards, blue one supposed to have a "original firmware backup".
