Selling AS IS shops FOR PARTS. This unit powers on but gives a 7 beep error. My best guess as to the cause of the code is from applying too much pressure to the cpu heatsink when i was changing thermal paste. This laptop used to be a daily driver. There are scratches and wear all around, noticeably deep scratches on the front right side of the palm rest. The rubber grip on the display shell is loose and is worn as shown in the pics. The hotkeys (seperate piece left of keyboard) do not light up due to ribbon cable damage, the keys themselves do work. The keyboard, keyboard lights and all other lights on the system do work fine. There are some screws missing from dissasembly. The wireless module is missing. When i bought the laptop it came with no connectors for the hard drives and no battery. when the laptop was running, i used the sata cable connected to the now present cd drive. The unit does not come with hard drive, power supply or ram. Unit has the stock Intel Core i7 2760QM and a sin.
