Ruffey is a very mischievous troublesome truck out to cause confusion and delay! His TNT shops cargo ejects at the press of a button. S.C. Ruffey is paired with another cargo car hauling slate to the Blue Mountain Quarry. The Cars have been played with so there are some signs of wear and blemishes on them. Overall very good condition.
